Registration and litter applications submitted via our web sites are reviewed and processed within 24 hours after receipt. Upon approval, registration certificates and/or litter transfer forms will be issued. All applications and photographs submitted and registration certificates and litter transfer forms remain the property of DRA™ Fees quoted are for minimum basic registrations and subject to change without notice. All applications subject to fees on the date applications are received. Submissions via our web site include rush service fee. From time to time DRA may offer special reduced prices for services purchased on its website only. Information on the application is the sole responsibility of the individuals submitting it. Check registration certificates and litter transfer forms when received. Registration certificates and litter transfer forms are issued based on the information entered on the application by the registrant. All registration certificates and litter forms are custom personalized orders, therefore there are no refunds. Reprints due to spelling errors, typographical errors, or information omitted by the applicant are subject to additional fees. Reprints due to spelling errors, typographical errors, or information omitted by DRA™ will be corrected at no charge if reported within 30 days of issue date.
